2017 Schedule

Fees: The 2017 fee is $3,200 per person double occupancy. For single occupancy, add $750. The fee includes accommodations for six nights at a Four Star European Hotel, ground transportation to and from the Florence or Pisa Airport, all visits, hands-on cooking lessons, tastings, and meals. The fee does not include airfare or lunch in Florence.

Deposits: To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is required by July 1, 2017. The deposit may be made by credit card, check or money order payable to:

IMPORTANT: Final payment:
Remaining balance of $2,200 ($2,950 for single occupancy) must be received no later than August 15, 2017. The final payment can be completed via two installments of $1,100 ($1,475 for single occupancy). If the balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to consider your reservation as cancelled and retain your deposit. Final payment may be made by check, money order or credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover cards are accepted.

To pay by installment, the non refundable deposit must be made to reserve your space. Two payments comprising the balance due will then be due.

Changes in the Euro currency valuations or other items could cause small changes in our fee.

A three-percent (3%) service fee is added to all credit card transactions.
